Brandon Bruce parlayed a law degree, a passion for disruption, and a penchant to serve - into the innovative tech product, Cirrus Insight. Now Brandon spends many of his days giving his time and resources to 501c3 non-profits and mentorship programs for Knoxville's youth.

Jade Adams took her niche passion for indoor house plants and quickly built a following that started to view her as an authority on indoor botanicals. The 100Knoxville initiative noticed Jade's growth opportunities and chose Oglewood Ave. as a member of their first cohort of Black-owned businesses to recieve mentorship and financial infusion.

Erick Baker has spent his recent years reconciling his love for music and performing, with family balance. After winning an Emmy for his writing on the television show Tennessee Valley Uncharted (which he also hosts), Erick wrote and released his most recent album "Morning Light". Erick and Morning Light are also the subjects of the upcoming documentary "Composing a Stranger" which is on the festival circuit now.
