When the opportunity arose for Tommy Smith to serve the community in which he grew up, he answered the bell. Tommy shares with Ben his philosophies on public service, Air Jordan's, and tech startup incubators. With a deep passion for improving South Knoxville, and the city at large, Tommy is running to keep his seat as the city counselor serving the first district of the city of Knoxville.
