James Clawson is the Head of Marketing at Spyre Sports Group, a management company that manages college athletes. Thanks to a unanimous ruling by the U.S. Supreme Court, it is now admissable and legal for NCAA athletes to gain monetarty compensation for their Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL).
